Global PR Blog Week

Constantin Basturea is planning another Global PR Blog Week - with the intriguing suffix Web3.0 - no, I don't know what he means either.
He says it is an event that will present the best articles, interviews, debates, case studies, and essays on how social media continues to change the Public Relations and Communications theory and practice, its relationships with other disciplines, and our roles as practitioners, students, and teachers.
Sounds good.
No dates yet but you can check out his plans here.
I, GREEN and other colleagues will get involved.

The ultimate melding between 'us' and 'them', both being more accountable and less critical, considering each more peers...respect, yada yada yada.

It's the first steps of a new segment of a longer path taken just a decade ago. Evolution isn't overnight, but chances are by Web5.x we'll see more integration and blending than people can imagine since they haven't experienced it and don't have the vision yet.

I'm still upset I didn't get the Web2.6x updates though, and still haven't found the FTP mirrors for 'em.

John,

I am kind of sympathetic with this view. I'm just feeling my way like a fish thing pulling myself out of the slime. Like you say it's evolution...
